Lindsey Swanson joined Haller & Colvin in September 2011 after completing a year-long judicial clerkship for the Honorable Nancy Eshcoff Boyer and the Honorable David J. Avery of the Allen County Superior Court, Civil Division. She is licensed to practice in the State of Indiana, and in Federal Court in the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

While in law school Ms. Swanson completed an externship with the Honorable Mary Katherine Huffman in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court in Dayton, Ohio. Ms. Swanson also participated in the University of Dayton School of Law Clinic - Juvenile Division, where she was a licensed intern with the State of Ohio and advocated on behalf of juveniles within the court system.
