Sherrill Wm. Colvin, a founding partner of Haller & Colvin, P.C., is scheduled to start a jury trial in the Allen Superior Court in Fort Wayne before Judge Levine on May 17, 2011. The case deals with civil damages. Three days are reserved for the trial.
