Lindsey C. Swanson Joins Haller & Colvin, P.C.
Haller & Colvin, P.C. is proud to announce that Lindsey C. Swanson has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Ms. Swanson recently completed a year-long judicial clerkship for the Honorable Nancy Eshcoff Boyer and the Honorable David J. Avery of the Allen County Superior Court, Civil Division.
While in law school, Ms. Swanson completed an externship with the Honorable Mary Katherine Huffman in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court in Dayton, Ohio. Ms. Swanson also participated in the University of Dayton School of Law Clinic - Juvenile Division, where she was a licensed intern with the State of Ohio and advocated on behalf of juveniles within the court system.
Ms. Swanson is licensed to practice in the State of Indiana and in Federal Court in the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Her areas of practice include Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Civil Rights.
