Haller and Colvin proudly annouces that Nicholas J. Hursh has joined the firm as a law clerk for the summer of 2010. Nick is a third-year law student at the University of Dayton in Dayton, OH. His previous legal experience includes work in the Allen Circuit Court as a clerk for the Honorable Thomas Felts, a summer spent in the Allen Superior and Circuit Courts Small Claims Divison and a summer working at Lincoln Financial Group.He graduated in 2008 from Indiana University Kelley School of Business as an Evans Scholar.
At Haller and Colvin Nick will be doing legal research, writing briefs, reviewing discovery, organizing files and assisting attorneys in trial prepartion. At the end of the summer he will be returning to the Univeristy of Dayton and will graduate in the spring of 2011.
